Order Processing

Customized or personalized products may require additional processing time depending on the design and quantity ordered.
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

Other Cities & Towns: 5–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, festivals, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment.
Free shipping offers, when available, will be clearly mentioned on the website.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via email, WhatsApp, or SMS (where applicable). Customers can use the tracking number provided to monitor their shipment status.
Customized Products
Customized products are made specifically according to the customer’s requirements. Production and dispatch may take additional time depending on the complexity of customization and order volume.
Delivery Delays
While we strive to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframe, Gift Crafto cannot guarantee delivery dates. Delays caused by courier companies, natural disasters, strikes, transportation issues, or other circumstances beyond our control are not eligible for compensation.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Gift Crafto will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Damaged Package
If the package appears damaged at the time of delivery:
Record an unboxing video immediately.
Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
Share the order details, photos, and unboxing video with us for review.
Claims submitted without a proper unboxing video may not be eligible for replacement or refund consideration.
Lost Shipments
If your order is lost during transit and confirmed by the courier partner, we will arrange a replacement or refund as applicable after verification.
